Privacy Policy

Introduction

Any personal information requested for contracts, forms, or through any other means by DOMUS VALLARTA INMOBILIARIA, S.A. DE C.V., located at KM 3.7 Carretera Punta Mita, Interior 21-1, Condominio Real del Mar, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, 63732, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit (hereinafter DVI), shall be used, treated and protected in accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Information in Possession of Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares) and its regulations.

Personal Data Collected

Through this CRM system, DVI collects and stores the following information:

• User accounts (agents/staff): first and last name, email address, phone number, profile photo, role, and language preference.
• Client and prospect records: name, email address(es), phone number(s), gender, nationality, area of interest, purchase/rental budget, and interest level.
• Leads from website forms: name, email address, phone number, and message content.
• Technical data: IP address at login, session data (browser, device, date and time of access).
• Marketing data: lead source and acquisition channel, for internal analytics only.

Additional data such as official identification, income statements, tax ID (RFC/CURP), or signatures may be collected outside this system through physical contracts and documents during formal real estate transactions.

Purpose of Data Processing

Personal data is used exclusively to: manage the relationship between DVI and its clients and prospects; prepare real estate contracts and transactions; coordinate appointments and communications; send information about listings, promotions, and events; conduct internal market analysis; and comply with legal obligations.

Google Calendar Integration

This application offers an optional integration with Google Calendar. If you choose to connect your Google account, the following applies:

• Data accessed: we read and write events on the specific Google Calendar you authorize during setup. No other Google services or data are accessed.
• Purpose: calendar events are synchronized with your tasks in this CRM so you can manage your schedule from either platform.
• Storage: your OAuth authorization tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and are never shared with third parties.
• No data selling: Google Calendar data is used solely to provide the synchronization feature. It is never used for advertising, profiling, or shared with any other party.
• Revocation: you can disconnect your Google account at any time from the Calendar section of this application. This will immediately stop synchronization and delete your stored tokens.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sensitive Data Policy

DVI does not request sensitive personal data such as religion, sexual orientation, or political opinions. The company prohibits any discriminatory action or request for information that may imply discrimination.

Data Security

The confidentiality of personal data is guaranteed through administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to prevent damage, loss, alteration, unauthorized access, or improper disclosure. Only authorized personnel have access to personal data. Authorization tokens (such as those from Google) are stored using encryption.

Third-Party Data Transfers

Personal data may only be shared with third parties in the cases provided under Article 37 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Information, and only when strictly necessary to fulfill contractual obligations. Any recipient of your data is bound by the same obligations and responsibilities as DVI.

Your Rights (ARCO)

You may at any time exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel, or object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To do so, submit a written request to sistemas@domusvallarta.com or in person at our offices at KM 3.7 Carretera Punta Mita, Interior 21-1, La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, Nayarit. Please include your full name, contact email, a description of the data in question, and a copy of your official ID. We will respond within 20 business days.

Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated at any time to reflect legal changes or internal policy updates. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through a visible notice within the application. Continued use of this application after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
